Turk Altin Isletmeleri

Türk Altın İşletmeleri A.S. is a precious metals mining company registered in the trade registry in 1989 and headquartered in Yenimahalle, Ankara. The company was formerly named Koza Altın İşletmeleri A.S.; according to Borsa Istanbul's announcement, the new name and the TRALT ticker took effect in November 2025, when the previous KOZAL code was retired. The shareholder table on the company's website lists TR Anadolu Insaat ve Ticaret A.S. and Türk Altın Holding A.S.; part of the shares are publicly held.

According to the production site list on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company runs the Ovacik operation in Bergama (Izmir), Cukuralan in Dikili (Izmir), Kaymaz in Sivrihisar (Eskisehir), Himmetdede in Kocasinan (Kayseri), Mastra in Gumushane and Mollakara in Diyadin (Agri). Ovacik is the company's first gold mine and started production in 2001. Himmetdede recovers gold from ore by heap leaching, while Mastra combines open-pit and underground methods; Cukuralan is a site discovered by the company's own exploration team.
