Idealist REIT

İdealist Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı is a real estate investment trust (REIT) founded in 2007 and headquartered in Uskudar, Istanbul. Its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker IDGYO.

The company defines its founding purpose as developing quality projects that draw on its founders' experience in the real estate sector, and building liquid and profitable portfolios by managing construction, marketing, financing and legal processes within a corporate structure.
