Akis Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) belonging to Akkok Holding. Its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker AKSGY. AKSGY stock is followed among REITs that combine rental income weighted towards shopping malls with residential projects.
