What is Ziraat REIT (ZRGYO)?
Ziraat Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.S. is a real estate investment trust (GYO) founded in 2016 and headquartered at the Finance Center in Umraniye, Istanbul. Its main shareholder is T.C. Ziraat Bankasi; its shares were offered to the public in 2021 and began trading on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker ZRGYO.
The company manages a portfolio of real estate, real estate projects and real estate-based rights. The portfolio includes leased buildings, properties offered for sale, land plots and projects under development. The Ziraat Towers at the Istanbul Finance Center are among the projects the company has developed, and it also holds a stake in an ordinary partnership formed with Halk GYO and Vakif GYO. The company also has affiliates established in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kazakhstan.
