Yukselen Steel

Yükselen Çelik A.S. is a special steels supplier and steel service center based in Kirac, in the Esenyurt district of Istanbul. The company's shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker YKSLN.

The company was founded in 1976 by a family with a long history in iron and steel trading. It supplies tool steels, alloy steels, carbon and structural steels, and ship plate used in machinery, mold-making, automotive, defense and general manufacturing. Products are offered in forms such as plates, flat bars, rolled, forged and shaft stock, cut and processed to customer needs. In addition to branded products based on specifications it has developed itself, Yukselen acts as the Turkish distributor for several foreign steelmakers and as the main dealer of Makina ve Kimya Endustrisi (MKE). With companies abroad named Rising Steel and Rising Stahl, Yukselen also provides customers with technical advice on steel selection and molding processes.
