What is Reysas REIT (RYGYO)?
Reysaş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.S. is a real estate investment trust (GYO) founded in 2008 and headquartered in Uskudar, Istanbul. Its main shareholder is the logistics company Reysas Tasimacilik ve Lojistik; its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker RYGYO since 2010.
The company's portfolio consists mainly of logistics warehouses, bonded warehouses and associated land in various provinces of Turkey. These facilities are leased to logistics, retail and manufacturing companies, generating regular rental income. A subsidiary active in tourism and a jointly managed logistics construction company are also part of the group structure.
