Ozderici REIT

Özderici Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.S. is an Istanbul-based real estate investment trust (GYO) whose shareholders include Ozderici Holding. Its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker OZGYO.

The company's origins go back to Oz Finans Factoring Hizmetleri A.S., founded in 1992. The factoring company decided in 2008 to convert into a real estate investment trust, obtained the necessary license in 2009 and continued operating under its current name. The company works in land development, project development and urban regeneration; its investment policy gives priority to the housing sector. Its completed projects include the Nuvo Dragos residential project, whose first phase was finished in 2014 and second phase in 2017. The company's website states that independent units in this project, which has received its occupancy permit and condominium titles, are being offered for sale.
