What is Ozak REIT (OZKGY)?
Özak Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.S. is a real estate investment trust (GYO) founded in 2008 and headquartered in Kazlicesme, Zeytinburnu, Istanbul. Its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker OZKGY since 2012.
The company's projects fall into three main groups: residential, commercial and tourism. Buyukyali Istanbul in Zeytinburnu, residential projects in the Gokturk area and Hayat Flora, carried out together with Emlak Konut, are among the projects still being sold.
