MHR Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.S. is a real estate investment trust (GYO) headquartered at Quick Tower in Atasehir, Istanbul. The company took its current name after Quick Sigorta and Corpus Sigorta, affiliates of Maher Yatirim Holding, acquired AND Anadolu Gayrimenkul Yatirimlari A.S. in 2021, and it converted into a real estate investment trust in 2023. Following the IPO completed that same year, its shares began trading on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker MHRGY.

The company's portfolio includes office and commercial properties as well as development projects. Quick Tower in Atasehir stands out as an office building with green building certification; at the Maidan Business and Living Center in Cankaya, Ankara, rental income is earned from office units owned by the company. An urban regeneration project of residential and commercial space in Barbaros, Atasehir, is planned to be developed under a flat-for-land model, in which landowners receive units in return for their land.
