Mega Polyethylene Foam

Mega Polietilen Kopuk Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is a foam and textile producer headquartered in the organized industrial zone in the Besni district of Adiyaman. The company's shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker MEGAP.

The company was founded in 2005 and began producing polyethylene foam at its factory in Hadimkoy, Istanbul, at the start of 2007. In 2018 it moved into knitted fabric production in Avcilar, Istanbul, and the following year its headquarters moved to Avcilar. In 2020 a factory was purchased in the Besni Organized Industrial Zone in Adiyaman and textile production was shifted there; in 2021 installation of a fabric dyehouse began at the same site. The scope of activity in its articles of association covers the manufacture and trade of polyethylene foam, EVA, rubber and plastic products; today the company's two main business lines are foam products and knitted fabric.
