Martı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.S. is a real estate investment trust (GYO) based in Beyoglu, Istanbul, and an affiliate of Marti Otel Isletmeleri. Its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker MRGYO since its IPO in 2010.

The company was founded in 1987 under the name Teteka Tekirova Tatil Koyu Isletmecilik A.S., took the name Akdeniz Marti Turizm ve Yatirim A.S. in 1998 and in 2006 converted into a real estate investment trust under its current name. Its scope of activity is investing in real estate, real estate projects, real estate-based rights and capital market instruments. Under the portfolio heading on the company's website are the Marti Myra resort in Tekirova, Antalya, and the Marti Marina in Hisaronu Bay near Marmaris; the portfolio therefore consists mainly of tourism properties.
