The company's main shareholders are the Netherlands-based paints and coatings group AkzoNobel and Tekyar Teknik Yardim A.S.; its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker MRSHL since 1990.
The company mainly produces interior and exterior paints, varnishes and auxiliary products used in home and building decoration. The Marshall brand is an important part of AkzoNobel's decorative paints portfolio in Turkey, and its products are sold through a dealer network and DIY home improvement stores.
