Kızılbük Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.S. is a real estate investment trust (GYO) focused on tourism and timeshare, and a subsidiary of Sinpas GYO. Headquartered at Sinpas Plaza in Besiktas, Istanbul, the company has its shares traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker KZBGY.

The company's first project is the Sinpas Kizilbuk Thermal Wellness Resort in the Icmeler Kizilkum area of the Marmaris district in Mugla. The project brings together timeshare units, hotel and apart-hotel sections, a congress center, thermal spa and wellness areas, an aquapark and shopping areas.
