Kiler Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) headquartered in Kagithane, Istanbul, and represents the real estate arm of the Kiler Group. Its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker KLGYO since 2011.

The group's construction experience began as it managed site selection, land acquisition, leasing, project design and permitting while building the store network of its supermarket chain; with the founding of Biskon Yapi, this know-how turned into a professional construction business. Today Kiler REIT carries out every stage of the development process, from identifying and acquiring land and optimal-use analysis, through project finance and zoning and occupancy permits, to sales, marketing and leasing. The portfolio includes residential projects and commercial properties such as bazaars and shopping malls; in addition to buying land, the company develops projects under flat-for-land arrangements, where landowners receive units in exchange for land, and income-sharing models. Property and portfolio management services are provided once projects are completed.
