Halk REIT

Halk Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that operates as a subsidiary of Turkiye Halk Bankasi. The company began operations in October 2010 and held its initial public offering (IPO) in February 2013; it is headquartered in the Istanbul Financial Center. Its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker HLGYO.

The portfolio consists of rent-generating buildings, land plots and development projects. The Halk Office Towers in the Istanbul Financial Center are the portfolio's prominent asset. Projects such as the Dilovasi Modern Industrial Estate in Kocaeli, Paye Sakarya, Next Level Kemer and Evora Izmir show the company's development activities spanning residential, commercial and industrial segments.
