Cemas Foundry

Cemas Dokum Sanayi A.S. is a foundry established in 1976 that started production in 1982. Its factory and head office are in Kirsehir. The company joined Isiklar Holding in 1995, and its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker CEMAS since 2010.

The company has produced grey and ductile iron castings since 1994; its business is casting and machining grey iron, ductile iron, aluminium and steel for the cement, mining, automotive and other industries. Disamatic and HWS moulding lines and induction furnaces form the core of its production infrastructure; machining on CNC machining centres began in 2008, followed by the opening of a separate machining building. Coating services complete the offering. Quality processes in the automotive supply chain are important for the company, and Cemas has completed a carmaker's supplier quality programme. Through a solar energy investment, the company aims to meet the energy needs of production from renewable sources.
