Bati Ege REIT

Bati Ege Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) established to develop real estate investments in Denizli and across the Aegean Region. The company was founded in July 2011 through a partnership between Sinpas Yapi and Deniz Tekstil. Its head office is in Merkezefendi, Denizli, and its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker BEGYO since 2023.

The company's initial and core investment is the mixed-use AquaCity Denizli and AquaMall shopping centre project, which brings together housing and a shopping centre in Denizli. The portfolio contains the residences and the shopping centre in this project; home sales and rental income from tenants in the mall form the two pillars of the business model. The company publishes an information form on compliance with participation finance (interest-free banking) principles and applies quality, environment, energy and information security management systems.
