Kristal Kola ve Mesrubat Sanayi Ticaret A.S. is a beverage producer headquartered in Buyukcekmece, Istanbul. Its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker KRSTL.

The company was founded in 1994 within Ihlas Holding and started producing soft drinks in Balikesir and spring water in Sapanca. Operating as a separate legal entity from 1996, the company bought soft drink facilities in Kirikkale in 1997 and went public the same year. It separated from the Ihlas group in March 2014. Today it produces soft drinks, natural spring water and natural mineral water at its facilities in Balikesir, Edremit, Sapanca and Kirikkale. Its product range includes Kristal Kola and Chat-branded carbonated drinks, gazoz (Turkish-style soda), still drinks, energy drinks, spring waters and mineral waters; distribution is carried out through a dealer network.
