Konfrut Tarim A.S. is a company working in agricultural activities and agricultural product trading, headquartered in Maltepe, Istanbul. Formerly named Konfrut Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., the company now positions itself as an agricultural supply chain company built on digital infrastructure. KNFRT shares trade on Borsa Istanbul.

Operations are grouped into four business units: fresh agricultural produce, agricultural supply, agricultural logistics and agricultural industry. On the fresh produce side, fruits such as apples, pears, pomegranates, quinces, watermelons, strawberries and citrus, and vegetables such as tomatoes, beets and carrots, are supplied to customers in Turkey and abroad; grower and harvest information for the products can be traced via QR code. The company builds long-term partnerships with farmers and provides them with know-how and financing support. Technologies in use include satellite-based plant health monitoring, agricultural sensor stations, digital soil analysis and digital insect traps.
