Ihlas Holding

Ihlas Holding A.S. is a holding company that brings together its investments in different sectors under one roof. Based at Ihlas Plaza in Bahcelievler, Istanbul, it is the parent company of the Ihlas Group, whose foundations were laid in 1970 with the launch of the Turkiye Gazetesi newspaper. Its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker IHLAS.

The group's activities span a broad range. In media it includes Turkiye Gazetesi, Ihlas News Agency, TGRT Haber, TGRT FM and TGRT Belgesel; in construction and real estate, Ihlas Gayrimenkul; in health tourism, the Kuzuluk and Armutlu facilities; and in manufacturing and marketing, Ihlas Ev Aletleri, Ihlas Pazarlama and KPT Lojistik. Turkiye Hastanesi, Ihlas Koleji, Sifa Yemek and Ihlas Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi, a venture capital investment trust, along with energy and sustainability investments, are also part of the structure. Some group companies are separately traded on the exchange.
