Ersu Meyve ve Gida Sanayii A.S. is a food company that processes fruit and produces beverages. Headquartered in Cankaya, Ankara, the company has factories in Eregli, Konya and in the Aksu area of Nigde, and its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker ERSU. According to the company's profile, the Ersu brand has been sold in the domestic market since 1969.

Production is split into two main lines. The industrial side includes fruit juice concentrates, concentrated puree and pulp, not-from-concentrate (NFC) juices and paste; these products are supplied as raw materials to other beverage and food manufacturers, and organic NFC products are exported to the US and European markets. On the consumer side, pure fruit juices, nectars, and fruit and flavoured drinks are distributed under the Ersu brand to retail outlets as well as to mass-consumption channels such as schools, hospitals, canteens and sports facilities. There is also an online sales channel.
