Türk Traktör ve Ziraat Makineleri A.S. is an agricultural machinery manufacturer founded in 1954 and headquartered in Yenimahalle, Ankara. The company is jointly controlled by Koc Holding and the CNH group, a maker of agricultural and construction equipment; its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker TTRAK.
Turk Traktor produces tractors and engines at its facilities in Ankara and Erenler, Sakarya. It handles sales and after-sales services for New Holland and Case IH branded tractors and agricultural equipment, as well as Case branded construction machinery. Part of its output is exported, mainly to Europe and North America.
Tractor demand depends largely on farm incomes, agricultural loan conditions, government support payments and crop prices; steel costs and demand in export markets are also tracked.
