TAV Airports

TAV Havalimanları Holding A.S. is a company headquartered in Sariyer, Istanbul, operating in airport terminal management and related services. French airport operator Groupe ADP is the main shareholder. Its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker TAVHL. The business model is based on concession agreements under which airport terminals are taken over for set periods.

In Turkey, the company operates at Ankara Esenboga, Izmir Adnan Menderes, Antalya, Milas-Bodrum and Gazipasa-Alanya airports. Its international portfolio includes airports in Georgia, Tunisia, North Macedonia, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Croatia and Latvia.
