Is Finansal Kiralama A.S. is a finance company that carries out domestic and international financial leasing transactions under the Is Leasing brand and is headquartered at the Is Towers in Levent, Istanbul. The company was founded in 1988 as a partnership of IFC, Turkiye Is Bankasi, Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi, Sinai Yatirim Bankasi and Societe Generale; Is Bankasi took over the foreign partners' shares in 1995. Its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker ISFIN since 2000.

Leasing allows businesses to use capital goods such as machinery, equipment, vehicles or real estate by leasing rather than buying them, and to match payments with the cash flow generated by the investment. In this context, Is Leasing offers financial leasing solutions to businesses in different sectors; financing for solar power plant investments is one of its prominent products. The shareholder structure includes Turkiye Is Bankasi and Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi. The company also provides a second-hand sales platform, insurance transactions and after-sales services.
