What is Isbank Class A (ISATR)?
ISATR is the ticker for the Group (A) shares of Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S. Headquartered at the Is Towers in Levent, Istanbul, the bank is a long-established deposit bank serving retail, commercial, corporate and private banking customers. The bank's capital is divided into Groups (A), (B) and (C); the most liquid share group is the Group (C) shares traded under the ticker ISCTR.
Group (A) shares carry different dividend rights arising from the articles of association, so the cash dividend per share can be markedly higher than for Group (C). Because the number of shares in circulation is limited, trading volume in ISATR can be low and the spread between bid and ask prices can be wide. The bank's activities are the same for every share group: loans, card payment systems, deposits and investment products, trade finance, and subsidiaries in insurance and pensions.
In valuing Is Bankasi shares, the decisive factors are net interest margin, deposit costs, loan growth, non-performing loans, capital adequacy and the value of the subsidiary portfolio; monetary policy and currency moves also directly affect the bank's balance sheet. For ISATR specifically, low liquidity can cause its price to diverge from the main share group. On its Lzzo.com page you can review ISATR's price history, technical indicators and similar assets.
