EMCOR Group, Inc. is a US electrical and mechanical construction and facilities services company headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut. The company took its present form in 1994. EMCOR is not an owner of buildings or facilities in its own name but a service firm that builds and maintains the projects of others.
