What is Morpho?
Morpho is a decentralized lending protocol where users can borrow by posting crypto assets as collateral or earn interest by lending out their assets. The project started as a matching layer operating over existing lending pools; it then moved, under the name Morpho Blue, to an immutable base layer in which each market is defined by a single collateral asset, a single loan asset, a price oracle and a fixed liquidation threshold.
In this design, anyone can open a new market without permission, and risks are isolated between markets. Depositors, meanwhile, can spread their capital across several markets through vaults managed by independent risk curators. The protocol runs on a few EVM-compatible networks, chiefly Ethereum and Base.
The MORPHO token is used for voting in protocol governance and exists as a token contract on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Katana. Ecosystem development is supported by the Morpho Association, a France-based non-profit organization. The MORPHO price on Lzzo.com is calculated by converting the Binance MORPHO/USDT pair to US dollars using Coinbase Exchange's USDT/USD rate; it is for information only.
