Verusaturk Venture Capital

Verusaturk Girişim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. is an Istanbul-based venture capital investment trust. The company was founded by Verusa Holding at the beginning of 2012; following its IPO in 2015, its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker VERTU.

The trust's purpose is to contribute to the projects and development of companies with growth potential and competitive advantages by providing them with capital. After its founding, it obtained a portfolio management license in the same year. Its investment portfolio is grouped under renewable energy, technology and software, and food-retail.
