Denge Investment Holding

Denge Yatırım Holding is an investment holding company founded in 2007 and headquartered in Atasehir, Istanbul. The company aims to participate in the capital and management of existing or future companies and to manage their investment, financing and organisational processes; its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul's Main Market under the ticker DENGE.

According to its disclosure on KAP, Turkey's Public Disclosure Platform, the holding focuses on the real estate, logistics and technology sectors and invests through its domestic subsidiaries, which consist of Site Lojistik, Metrobil Teknoloji and Denge Investment Gayrimenkul Gelistirme. Founded in 2015, Site Lojistik provides transport and logistics services in the Corlu, Luleburgaz, Gebze, Derince, Dilovasi, Adana and Iskenderun areas. Under the articles of association, Group A shares carry privileges in the election of the board of directors and in voting rights at the general assembly, which indicates that management control is concentrated in certain shareholders.
