Derluks Yatirim Holding A.S. is a company formerly named Derluks Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. that has been converted into a holding structure. Dating back to 2002, the company is headquartered in Istanbul, and its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker DERHL since 2019.
