What is Turk Telekomunikasyon (TTKOM)?
Türk Telekomünikasyon A.S. is a telecom operator headquartered in Ankara that offers fixed and mobile communication services under one roof. The company's main shareholders are the Turkey Wealth Fund and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker TTKOM since 2008.
Turk Telekom provides fixed telephony, ADSL and fiber broadband, mobile lines, a TV service under the Tivibu brand, and data center, cloud and communication solutions for corporate customers. Its nationwide fiber infrastructure network is also used to provide wholesale services to other operators. The group includes affiliates that develop software and technology.
