Tofaş Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.S. is an automotive manufacturer founded in 1968. The company is jointly controlled by Koc Holding and the Stellantis group, its production facilities are in Bursa, and its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker TOASO since 1991.

At its Bursa plant, Tofas produces Fiat-branded passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, and part of its output is exported, mainly to Europe. The company is also involved in the sales and distribution of Stellantis group brands in Turkey. Affiliates engaged in automotive finance and insurance brokerage are part of the group structure as well. Its dealer network, after-sales services and spare parts operations also form part of the business model.
