Is Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. is a securities investment trust founded in 1995 by Turkiye Is Bankasi. Headquartered at the Is Towers in Levent, Istanbul, the company went public in 1996; its parent shareholder is Is Yatirim Menkul Degerler, and its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker ISYAT.

The company's sole business is managing a portfolio of capital market instruments and precious metals within the principles set by the legislation. The portfolio is run by a professional portfolio management company on the principle of risk diversification, according to the benchmark and investment strategy set by the board of directors; according to the company's announcement, this mandate has been assigned to Rota Portfoy Yonetimi from May 2026. As a closed-end structure, investors do not subscribe to or redeem units directly; they buy and sell its shares on the exchange. Portfolio tables and performance presentation reports are disclosed regularly.
