Is Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. is a venture capital investment trust founded in 2000 at the initiative of the Isbank Group. Headquartered at the Is Towers in Levent, Istanbul, the company has been listed on the exchange since 2004, and its shares trade under the ticker ISGSY.

The company says it takes stakes in SMEs and mid-sized companies with high growth potential, supporting their needs for financing, institutionalisation and strategic development, and that it provides management know-how as well as capital. The investment process consists of entry, value creation and exit after a certain period; in the past it has partnered with companies in diverse fields such as online travel and data centres. In May 2025 it set up Enlila, a wholly owned company, making a long-term investment aimed at turning academic research on obesity and age-related chronic diseases into practical applications.
