Hedef Holding

Hedef Holding A.S. is a holding company headquartered in Atasehir, Istanbul, that makes direct and indirect investments mainly in finance and technology. Its corporate history states that its foundations were laid in 1996 and that the holding structure was established in 2011. HEDEF shares trade on Borsa Istanbul.

The finance group includes Hedef Yatirim Bankasi, Info Yatirim Menkul Degerler, Kuzey Menkul Degerler, Hedef Portfoy Yonetimi, the venture capital investment trust Hedef Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi and Hedef Varlik Kiralama. Alongside these, the group operates in fintech through Skyalp Finansal Teknolojiler, in healthcare through Seyitler Kimya, in energy through Norm Yesil Enerji and in real estate through Hedef Projelendirme; Pergamon Status Dis Ticaret is also among its affiliates. The addition of Info Yatirim to the group in 2019 and the start of operations of the investment bank in 2024 are milestones in the development of the structure.

In finance-focused holdings, the main topics investors follow are brokerage trading volumes, activity in the initial public offering (IPO) market, assets under management, the interest rate environment and the market valuations of subsidiaries. Because some of the subsidiaries are also listed on the exchange, the holding discount is tracked separately.
