Hedef Venture Capital

Hedef Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. is a venture capital investment trust headquartered in Atasehir, Istanbul. Part of Hedef Grup, the company has its shares traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker HDFGS.

The company says it invests regardless of sector, based on criteria such as a strong team, a workable business model and scalability, and that it maintains an active partnership with companies after investing. According to the list published on KAP, Turkey's Public Disclosure Platform, Hedef Projelendirme, which develops real estate, and Hedef Global Finansal Yatirimlar, set up for holdings abroad, are wholly owned. Its holdings include Hedef Yatirim Bankasi, Norm Batarya in battery and energy storage systems, Seyitler Kimya, which produces medical tapes and plasters, Sporttz, which makes sports investments, and the logistics technology company GRN. It also holds a small stake abroad in financial technology.
