Guler Investment Holding

Guler Yatirim Holding A.S. is an investment holding company headquartered in Sisli, Istanbul. The company was founded in 2006 as Baskent Menkul Kiymetler Yatirim Ortakligi, a securities investment trust, and in 2011 it left investment trust status, adopting its current holding structure and name. Its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker GLRYH.

At the centre of the group's finance arm is its brokerage house subsidiary, which went public in 2023 and began trading on the exchange, and a large part of whose capital belongs to the holding. Other companies listed on the corporate website include Pardus Girisim, which invests in start-ups; ICG Finansal Danismanlik, active in project management and financial resources; RTA Laboratuvarlari, a molecular biotechnology laboratory; Yapi Radar, an information platform tracking construction projects in Turkey and abroad; and a renewable energy company set up for solar energy investments. By taking part in the capital and management of these subsidiaries, the holding channels its resources into different sectors.
