Global Yatirim Holding A.S. is a holding company headquartered in Sisli, Istanbul, that participates in the capital and management of its subsidiaries in various sectors. According to its corporate account, the group was founded in 1990 as a brokerage house and, from 2005 onward, evolved into a diversified group of companies. GLYHO shares trade on Borsa Istanbul among holding companies.

The holding has six business lines. Port operations are conducted through Global Ports Holding, which focuses mainly on cruise ports. On the finance side are Istanbul Portfoy Yonetimi, Global Menkul Degerler and Global MD Portfoy. Through Naturelgaz the group sells and distributes trucked natural gas, through Consus Enerji it runs cogeneration and trigeneration, biomass and solar plants, and through Straton Maden it carries out mining activities. The real estate arm includes the Van Shopping Mall and a mixed-use project being developed on the waterfront in Karakoy. The holding states that it focuses on financial services outside traditional banking and on new business areas with growth potential.
