Global Menkul Degerler A.S. is an investment firm holding a broadly authorised brokerage house licence. Headquartered in Atasehir, Istanbul, the company is an affiliate of Global Yatirim Holding; its main shareholder is GFS Holding A.S., and its shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker GLBMD since its initial public offering (IPO) in 2011.

Its services cover brokerage in equities and on the Futures and Options Market (VIOP), foreign equity trading, investment funds and portfolio management, individual portfolio management, investment advisory, corporate finance and private pension products. The research department prepares company and market reports as well as model portfolios. Besides its branches, clients can trade through the internet branch, the call centre and a mobile app called Global On-Line, which also allows remote account opening via video call.
