GE Vernova Inc. is a US energy technology company offering equipment, software and services for power generation and transmission. General Electric's energy businesses were separated under this company as a standalone public company in April 2024. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker GEV.

Its operations are grouped into three main segments. The Power segment covers gas turbines, steam turbines, hydroelectric equipment and nuclear technologies, along with maintenance services for these plants; long-term service agreements for the installed turbine base are a stable source of income.
