What is FedEx Corporation (FDX)?
FedEx Corporation is a US transportation company offering express shipping, parcel delivery and logistics services. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker FDX. In June 2026 the company separated its FedEx Freight unit, which handles less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping, into a standalone public company and retained a minority stake in the new company.
After the separation, FedEx's center of gravity is the Federal Express network: with its own aircraft fleet and ground vehicles, it carries time-sensitive parcels, e-commerce orders and businesses' commercial shipments within the US and on international routes. Logistics services offering customs clearance and international freight arrangements, and FedEx Office, which runs printing, packing and shipping locations, are also part of the group.
Those following this stock track global trade volumes, fuel costs, parcel demand tied to industrial production and e-commerce, network efficiency programs and labor costs. On the FedEx page at Lzzo.com, the FDX price appears in US dollars and can be converted into its Turkish lira, euro or pound sterling equivalent; a historical price chart and technical indicators are shown together with the source of the data and the time of the last update.
