EOG Resources, Inc.

EOG Resources, Inc. is a US oil and natural gas exploration and production company headquartered in Houston, Texas. It emerged in 1999 when Enron's oil and gas arm was separated as an independent company. Its shares trade on the NYSE under the ticker EOG and are included in S&P's broad-based US stock index.
