Matrix Critical Minerals is a rare-earths company created as a subsidiary of Orbit Resources (ASX: OBT) to hold the Narraburra Rare Earths Project in New South Wales as a separate listed entity.
IPO notes
Matrix lodged a replacement prospectus with ASIC on 3 October 2026, replacing the original of 25 September, for an offer of 40,000,000 to 60,000,000 shares at A$0.20 each, which is A$8 million to A$12 million (mtxcm.com.au). The offers open on 13 October and close on 30 October 2026, shares are issued on 13 November and trading on the ASX under the code MTX is expected on 23 November 2026, the same date as the ASX upcoming floats page (asx.com.au). The prospectus also sets a distribution in specie to Orbit Resources shareholders after a general meeting on 5 November 2026, and the lead manager is MST Financial Services.
