As of 5 October 2026 Firmus had not published a prospectus and had not confirmed an offer. Reuters reported on 21 September 2026 (dealstreetasia.com) and 24 September 2026 (thestar.com.my), citing a term sheet, an investor presentation and people familiar with the draft prospectus, that Firmus plans an ASX offering of about A$7 billion (US$5 billion), with an institutional bookbuild on 6 and 7 October, a prospectus on 8 October, retail bidding from 12 to 19 October and trading from 22 October 2026. The company declined to comment, and the ASX upcoming floats page (asx.com.au), which lists only entities that have made a formal listing application, did not include Firmus on 5 October 2026.
