About Wiluna Mining Corporation Limited
Wiluna Mining owns the Wiluna gold project in Western Australia, which has a mineral resource of 91.5 million tonnes at 2.41 grams per tonne for 7.1 million ounces of gold. The company was removed from the ASX official list in April 2024 and is seeking to re-list.
IPO notes
Wiluna lodged a prospectus with ASIC on 11 September 2026 and a replacement prospectus on 18 September 2026 for an offer to raise A$180 million; the offers opened on 21 September 2026 (wilunamining.com.au). On 1 October 2026 the company set the final offer price at A$0.65 per share, within the indicative range, and lodged a supplementary prospectus on 3 October 2026 (wilunamining.com.au). Applications other than the institutional offer close on 9 October, the institutional bookbuild closes on 13 October and trading on the ASX under the code WMC is expected on 26 October 2026; the ASX upcoming floats page lists the same date and price (asx.com.au). Argonaut Securities and Barrenjoey Markets are joint lead managers, and the offer is not underwritten.
