IPO notes

On 24 June 2026 KNDS N.V. announced its intention to proceed with an IPO and to apply for admission to Euronext Paris and to the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (eqs-news.com). The offering was to be a sale of up to about 20 percent of the existing share capital by GIAT Industries, a holding company of the French State, and Wegmann & Co, through private placements to institutional investors with no public offering; no price range was published. Separately, Germany agreed in principle to acquire 40 percent from Wegmann through KfW, conditional on the IPO. On 1 July 2026 KNDS said its shareholders intend to resume the IPO process when market conditions are more favourable and that preparations were substantially complete (eqs-news.com). No new timetable had been announced in the sources checked as of 5 October 2026.
