Press reports say Blackstone is preparing a listing on the Spanish stock exchange, with a filing at the Spanish securities regulator (CNMV) expected in early October and trading to begin between late October and early November (hosteltur.com, 2 September 2026; skift.com, 4 September 2026, citing Cinco Dias).
