Ziraat Portfoy BIST 30 Equal Weight ETF

The Ziraat Portfoy BIST 30 Equal Weight Index Equity-Intensive ETF (Ziraat Portfoy BIST 30 Esit Agirlikli Endeksi Hisse Senedi Yogun Borsa Yatirim Fonu) is an exchange-traded fund set up by Ziraat Portfoy Yonetimi in 2020, whose units trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker Z30EA. Custody of the portfolio is provided by T.C. Ziraat Bankasi.

The fund tracks the BIST 30 Equal Weight Total Return Index and continuously invests most of its assets in the shares covered by that index. Under the equal-weight method, the index is rebalanced periodically so that each company has a similar share regardless of its size; compared with the standard capitalization-weighted BIST 30 index, this reduces the influence of individual large companies. As a total return index, it also takes dividends into account.
