ARK Innovation ETF

The ARK Innovation ETF is an equity fund managed by the US investment manager ARK Investment Management that trades on the Cboe BZX exchange under the ticker ARKK. The investment objective stated in the fund's summary prospectus is long-term growth of capital.

ARKK does not track an index; it is actively managed. The fund invests most of its assets in the stocks of domestic and foreign companies related to the theme the manager defines as disruptive innovation.
