Ether.fi

ether.fi is a non-custodial staking and restaking protocol where users stake their ETH and receive a liquid token in return. Deposited ETH is exchanged for eETH; weETH, the wrapped form of eETH, is widely used as collateral in decentralized finance applications. ETHFI is the governance token issued on Ethereum and is also available on networks such as Arbitrum and Base.

The protocol runs Ethereum validators with deposited ETH and seeks additional reward sources by connecting this stake to restaking platforms such as EigenLayer. While nodes are operated by different operators, the protocol seeks to preserve users' control over their validator keys. Over time, ether.fi has expanded its product range, offering Liquid, its automated strategy vaults, and Cash, a card product that allows spending with crypto assets. ETHFI holders vote on governance proposals; staking the token can provide access to programs linked to protocol income.
